Testing
Germany
Germany is a market in testing. Vitreous is reading the Marktstammdatenregister, the Bundesnetzagentur’s register of every power unit in Germany, for storage units of a megawatt or more on a schedule and checking what it says, and publishes nothing from it until the data passes the same checks as Great Britain’s.
The register is the only public, project-level record of Germany’s batteries. It records what operators registered, checked by the grid operator; a unit marked as planned is one its operator chose to register early, and the connection queue itself is not public. Read monthly from the register’s full export.

When it changes
The front page shows this market as testing until its pages exist. If you want to be told when they do, the ledger list is the place: one email a week, and a line when a market goes live.
