Stromspeicher an PV
5.2 MW, 10 MWh (1.9 hours) in Schwäbisch Hall, Baden-Württemberg, registered as operating since 12 May 2026. Everything on this page is read from Germany’s register of power units and the other published records named beside each fact.
What it is
The register holds this battery as one unit.
| Unit | Register number | MW | MWh | Commissioned | Battery | Grid operator check |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stromspeicher an PV | SEE938069478518 | 5.2 | 10 | 12 May 2026 | Lithium | under check |
Power is the net power the operator registered, the most the unit may feed into the grid. Energy is the usable capacity of the unit’s installation. A grid operator check marked “checked” means the grid company has confirmed the entry; “under check” means it has not yet. On the large sites we compared, the register’s commissioning date often came months before the owner’s announced start, which suggests it records first energisation.
Who runs it and who owns it
The register lists a private person as the operator. The register does not name a private person, and neither does this page.
Who trades it and what it is built from
No published source we have found names who trades this battery, who built it or whose cells it uses. Fields we cannot source are left out.

What this page cannot show
Germany publishes no battery’s metered output. On 11 October 2026 we checked the four public sources that might carry it: the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform, SMARD, the yearly EEG data and the transmission companies’ redispatch records. None gives the output of any German battery, one by one or as a fleet. So this page cannot say what the battery exported, imported or earned, as Britain’s battery pages do.
