What the sources say
Foundations under way May 2022; commissioning planned spring 2023 with black start for the wind farm. EPV's page (read 12 Oct 2026, undated) still says "under construction". No source read confirms completion. The Alfen link comes from Energy-Storage.news (31 May 2022).
