Where this can be wrong
Elia usually starts scheduling a battery when it begins testing, so the day a battery enters Elia’s list is the day it reached the grid, never the day it began commercial operation; the owner’s stated date is on each battery’s page. A battery can leave the list and return, as the TotalEnergies Antwerp unit did. The first day Elia’s file carries is a baseline, not a report.
