What the sources say

Being installed in July 2023 for operation by end 2023. A GroenLeven presentation (13 February 2024) shows it as an existing project and names Westerwolde, but no dated source says it runs, so status stays construction. Probably running. New in this round. GroenLeven placed the batteries beside the park in 2023; no source confirms they are running.
