What helps us answer
A number we have wrong
Tell us the page, the figure, and where you saw the right one. We publish corrections and credit the person who sent them, unless you would rather we did not.
A battery you own, trade or built
If our record of it is thin or out of date, or you are willing to share its metered output, we would like to hear from you.
A copy of the data
Reading the site is free. Copying a whole database, or collecting from the site automatically, needs our written permission, so write first and say what you need. The licence page sets out the rest.
A report that did not arrive
Reports come by email once you ask for one on the reports page. If the link has not reached you, check your spam folder, then write to us with the name of the report.
Anything else is welcome too, from a question about how a figure was worked out to something you think we should build. We are a small team, so a reply can take a few days.
