What the sources say

Neoen owns it in full and runs it, and sells reserve to Svenska kraftnät (Neoen, 31 January 2024). Neoen's release of 3 September 2025 on its Hultsfred wind farm lists Isbillen among its operating Swedish assets; no commissioning release of its own was found, so the year is the start Neoen gave. The Green Power Sweden list (energi.se, 28 January 2026) gives the owner as "Neoen/Alight"; no Neoen source says Alight holds a share.

Evidence and sources

From the owners’, developers’ and builders’ own releases and the press, read by Vitreous. Svenska kraftnät publishes no meter, no price and no instruction per battery, so this page carries no money: what one megawatt is paid in each reserve market is on the markets page, for the market as a whole. List id SE-B001.
