No Norwegian body publishes a list of batteries. The list this site keeps by hand is copied whenever it changes, and NVE’s concession cases for batteries are read every day, so the difference between one read and the one before is printed, case by case: a new case, a new step, a new paper. Beneath them, every paper NVE has filed on those cases, newest first. Nothing here is inferred from the numbers; it is one capture against the one before, identifier by identifier. The column headed "our reading" is a rule, and it can be wrong.

A change here is dated by the read that saw it, never by the day the battery or the decision happened; NVE’s own date for each step is in the stage date column and on the case. The first read of each list is a baseline, not a report.
