What the sources say
Alfen (4 June 2024) puts it in operation with Hanhals from early May 2024. Ellevio's own item on Kungsbacka (25 November 2024) calls a battery in Lindome planned, so the status rests on Alfen and is held as unproven against Ellevio's word. Lindome is in Mölndal municipality.
